Psychedelic Therapists Near Me, Compared Across Five States

Eight psychedelic-assisted therapy practices in Oregon, Colorado, California, Texas and Nevada compared by format, location, and the price each publishes on its own site.

Only licensed providers in Oregon and Colorado can lawfully offer psilocybin services. Elsewhere in the United States, practices offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) or psychedelic integration therapy instead. For a search like psychedelic therapists near me, the table directly below lists eight practices in five states, each with its own published price or “Not published.”

Those prices are quoted per session, per package or per pathway, so they do not compare one to one. At Mind Medicine Law, we track federal scheduling and state-by-state legal status for psychedelic drugs, and every practice detail here comes from that practice's own website as of October 12, 2026.

Where Psychedelic Therapy Is Available

Psilocybin services can be offered lawfully only by state-licensed providers in Oregon and Colorado. Oregon's program implements Ballot Measure 109, codified as Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 475A. License applications opened January 2, 2023, and service centers began opening in summer 2023, according to Oregon Psilocybin Services.

Colorado licenses healing centers through the Colorado Natural Medicine Division, where a facilitator provides and supervises natural medicine services. Emergence Psychedelic Therapy describes itself as working within “Colorado's regulated Natural Medicine Program.” Our psilocybin guide covers the substance itself.

In the California, Texas and Nevada listings, practices offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) places ketamine in Schedule III. Schedule I covers drugs with no currently accepted medical use and high abuse potential, such as lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and peyote.

On October 10, 2023, the FDA warned patients and providers about potential risks of compounded ketamine products used to treat psychiatric disorders. Background on the drug sits in our ketamine guide.

Spravato (esketamine) is available only through a restricted Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program, according to its FDA prescribing information. A healthcare provider must monitor the patient for at least 2 hours at each session. Houston Mind and Brain lists Spravato among its services.

Psychedelic integration therapy is a third format, and Integrate in Encinitas, California lists psychedelic-informed preparation and integration therapy alongside KAP. Our guides to integration therapy and what psychedelic therapy is explain the formats in more depth.

How Oregon and Colorado License Psilocybin Providers

Oregon Psilocybin Services issues five credential types: worker permits, facilitator licenses, manufacturer licenses, service center licenses and laboratory licenses. Satya Therapeutics in Ashland shows Service Center License SC-eedd2de6 on its own site. Oregon Psychedelic Solutions Group in Portland states that each of its facilitators is a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator.

Oregon clients must be 21 or older and need no prescription or referral, per the Oregon Health Authority access page. Clients do not need to be Oregon residents, and service centers set their own prices. Our guide to Oregon facilitator certification covers how facilitators qualify.

Colorado defines a healing center as a licensed facility where a facilitator provides and supervises natural medicine services. A micro-tier healing center stores no more than 750 milligrams of psilocin in total. Emergence Psychedelic Therapy in Boulder describes itself as a licensed micro healing center.

A Colorado healing center application must show local zoning approval and premises at least 1,000 feet from schools and child care facilities, with limited exceptions. Enduring Love Therapy in Fort Collins says Drs. Colbert and Hughes hold natural medicine in-training licenses and that its services are legal in Colorado.

How Psychedelic Therapy Practices Quote Price

The eight practices quote price in four ways: per session, per package, per pathway, or not at all. Mindwell Therapy sells an 8 to 12 week KAP package. Emergence Psychedelic Therapy sells individual psilocybin pathways that run from $2,800 for Essential Core to $3,850 for Extended.

Some per-session figures combine two charges. Houston Mind and Brain's $400 per KAP session is a $300 ketamine session plus $100 of psychotherapy, and Houston Mind and Brain says cash is not accepted. Satya Therapeutics quotes sessions “starting at $900,” which sets a minimum and not a full quote.

Itemized price lists let you add up a full cycle yourself. At Integrate, one each of KAP preparation ($300), evaluation ($200 to $300), KAP session ($650) and integration ($300) totals $1,450 to $1,550. Integrate also states that it accepts no insurance.

The payment method can change the total. Mindwell Therapy charges $3,500 paid in full or five payments of $800, which comes to $4,000, so the installment route costs $500 more. Medical fees from its partner Journey Clinical are billed separately from both figures.

Oregon Psychedelic Solutions Group, Enduring Love Therapy and Psychedelic Therapy Las Vegas publish no price. Enduring Love Therapy offers a free phone consultation instead. Prices change, and every figure in the table reflects each practice's own site on October 12, 2026.

Questions to Ask a Psychedelic Therapist Before Booking

Before booking, ask each practice about its license, what the price includes, who handles medical care, how screening works and what the total cost is.

Ask which state license or credential the practice holds and what the number is. Compare any number you receive against the state program page: Oregon Psilocybin Services for Oregon, or the Colorado Natural Medicine Division for Colorado. In Colorado, ask whether the facilitator holds a full license or an in-training license, since Enduring Love Therapy describes its doctors' licenses as in-training.

Ask whether preparation, the journey or dosing session, and integration are all inside the quoted figure. Mindwell Therapy and Integrate each list those as separate line items with separate prices.

For ketamine, ask who the prescriber or medical partner is. Mindwell Therapy routes medical care through Journey Clinical, Psychedelic Therapy Las Vegas lists an anesthesiologist, and Houston Mind and Brain is led by psychiatrist Dr. Raymond Cho. Given the FDA's October 2023 warning about compounded ketamine products, also ask whether the ketamine is compounded.

Ask what screening happens before the first session. Enduring Love Therapy lists screening as its first step, and Integrate charges a separate evaluation fee of $200 to $300.

Ask for the total with every fee included: medical partner fees, installment costs and accepted payment methods. Houston Mind and Brain does not accept cash, and Integrate does not accept insurance, so the payment question matters before the first appointment.

Practice Fit by State and Format

The listed practices split by state, with Oregon and Colorado entries offering licensed psilocybin services and the California, Texas and Nevada entries offering KAP. Psychedelic Therapy Las Vegas says ketamine is the only substance it provides.

In Oregon, Satya Therapeutics in Ashland and Oregon Psychedelic Solutions Group in Portland both fit out-of-state clients seeking Oregon psilocybin, and Oregon clients need not be Oregon residents. Oregon Psychedelic Solutions Group also sells microdosing memberships and offers travel guidance for out-of-state clients.

In Colorado, Emergence Psychedelic Therapy fits Boulder adults who want prepared psilocybin journeys, and it prices couples pathways at $4,150 to $5,150. Enduring Love Therapy fits Fort Collins clients who want psilocybin within ongoing therapy, with sessions at Reflective Healing Center.

In California, Integrate fits buyers who want psychedelic-informed therapy and KAP from one Encinitas practice, and it lists medicine ceremonies by inquiry. In Texas, Mindwell Therapy in Keller sells KAP as a package with medical care through Journey Clinical. Houston Mind and Brain is a psychiatry practice offering KAP alongside Spravato, intranasal ketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation.

In Nevada, Psychedelic Therapy Las Vegas in Summerlin offers KAP with licensed therapists and an anesthesiologist, and it lists psilocybin and MDMA as “coming soon.” MDMA sits in Schedule I under DEA scheduling.

None of the eight fits someone who wants in-person psilocybin services outside Oregon and Colorado, or in-person KAP outside the five listed states. Those readers can start with our online ketamine therapy roundup or the psychedelic therapist finder.

What the Comparison Table Leaves Out

The table covers eight practices and leaves out retreats, online ketamine services and individual integration therapists. Retreat-based psilocybin is compared in our psilocybin retreat centers guide, and remote ketamine programs are in our online ketamine therapy roundup.

For a single integration therapist, the psychedelic therapist finder is a directory of integration therapists. Our guide to integration coaches versus therapists explains how those two roles differ, and clinicians can read how to become a psychedelic therapist.

The table holds no outcomes, success rates or safety records, and it cannot say whether any format suits a given reader. Every entry was compiled from that practice's own website as of October 12, 2026. To search psychedelic therapists near me beyond these eight practices, open the psychedelic therapist finder.
