Best Ketamine Clinics (2026): In-Person Clinics Compared

Eleven in-person ketamine and Spravato clinic operators compared by treatment format, location, and the price each publishes on its own site.

Ketamine clinics differ by location, by how they quote price, and by format: intravenous (IV) infusion, Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). The table directly below lists 11 in-person operators and each one's own published price or "Not published", and its session and package figures are not comparable one to one.

Every row comes from the clinic's own website as of October 12, 2026. Posted prices change, and a row reflects only what the clinic showed on that date.

Ketamine Clinic Formats Compared

A ketamine clinic on this table offers one or more of three formats: IV ketamine infusion, Spravato nasal spray, or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. The Wholeness Center and Greenbrook TMS list no IV ketamine.

Some clinics publish booster lengths or schedules. Ember Health lists a single booster infusion of 90 minutes, and Keta Medical Center describes a typical IV schedule of twice a week for 3 weeks.

Spravato has a federal monitoring rule attached. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) label makes it available only through a restricted REMS program and requires a healthcare provider to monitor the patient for at least 2 hours at each session. Keta Medical Center describes a typical Spravato schedule of twice a week for 4 weeks.

Several listed operators offer Spravato. Greenbrook TMS offers it alongside transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) with no IV option. For how the two drugs differ, see Spravato vs ketamine.

The Wholeness Center, Revitalist and Klarity Clinic list ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and The Wholeness Center offers it with Spravato but without IV ketamine. Nushama bundles its ketamine infusions with preparation and integration sessions in one package. For what a KAP session involves, see what to expect from ketamine-assisted therapy, and for the drug itself, the ketamine guide.

Price Quotes per Session and per Package

Ketamine clinics on the table quote price per session, per package, as a membership, or not at all, so two figures in the table often describe different amounts of care.

Keta Medical Center lists IV ketamine at $500 per session, and Mindful Health Solutions charges $450 per session for the first 6 induction sessions and $400 for maintenance. Stella lists ketamine at $300 to $550 per treatment depending on the clinic location.

A package price needs division before it lines up against a session price. Ember Health's Foundation series is 4 infusions for $2,200, and its single booster is $550. The same series has a $1,320 sliding-scale rate.

Nushama's $4,800 package covers 19 sessions: 6 preparation sessions, 6 supervised ketamine treatments, 6 integration sessions and a follow-up check-in. Nushama's pricing page also lists an initial medical intake of $350 and a single supervised treatment with preparation and integration at $900.

Session counts change the total at a ketamine infusion clinic that charges per visit. At Keta Medical Center, the typical IV schedule is twice a week for 3 weeks at $500 per session. At Mindful Health Solutions, the first 6 induction sessions are $450 each.

Revitalist offers pay-as-you-go or a monthly membership with a free assessment, and its site shows pricing only as images. Ketamine Clinics of Los Angeles, which offers up to 24 months of interest-free financing, publishes no price, and neither do NeuroSpa, Klarity Clinic or Greenbrook TMS.

Spravato prices on the table depend on insurance, according to the clinics themselves. Keta Medical Center says most Spravato patients pay $0 to $50 per visit after insurance and assistance programs, and The Wholeness Center lists $0 to $120 per session. Greenbrook TMS says most major insurers cover Spravato, and the Spravato cost with insurance guide goes through how that coverage works.

Nushama states that ketamine is not currently covered by insurance, though office visits and IV procedures may be, and it provides superbills on request. The Wholeness Center says its posted prices are estimates and that the exact fee is confirmed before booking. Uninsured patients there can request a Good Faith Estimate.

Any row on the table changes when a clinic moves its posted price after October 12, 2026, or when a clinic marked "Not published" starts showing one. For wider cost context, see how much ketamine therapy costs and ketamine therapy insurance coverage.

Questions for a Ketamine Clinic Before Booking

Seven questions can be put to a ketamine clinic before booking.

Ask who the medical director or prescriber is. Keta Medical Center names founders and medical directors Drs. Haviva and Cheryl Malina, both emergency physicians, and Nushama names chief medical officer Steven Radowitz. NeuroSpa does not name its physicians on its homepage.

Ask what a package includes and what is priced apart from it. Nushama's $4,800 package itemizes its 19 sessions, and the same pricing page lists the $350 initial medical intake as its own figure.

Ask how many sessions the quoted schedule assumes. Keta Medical Center publishes a typical schedule of twice a week for 4 weeks for Spravato and twice a week for 3 weeks for IV ketamine, so a session price can be multiplied into a course total.

Ask what monitoring happens during and after each session. For Spravato, the FDA label requires at least 2 hours of monitoring by a healthcare provider at every session, and none of the IV prices quoted on this page describe a monitoring period.

Ask whether any of the ketamine used is compounded. On October 10, 2023, the FDA warned patients and providers about potential risks of compounded ketamine products used to treat psychiatric disorders.

Ask which insurance the clinic accepts and which services it bills. NeuroSpa accepts major insurance including Medicare and Tricare, and Nushama states office visits and IV procedures may be covered by insurance and provides superbills on request.

Ask for the total for the full course in writing. Uninsured patients at The Wholeness Center can request a Good Faith Estimate, and Ember Health lists a sliding-scale rate next to its full-pay price.

Listed Clinics by Region and Format

The listed clinics fit buyers by region and by format, based on the locations and services each one publishes on its own site.

In the New York City area, Ember Health runs five IV ketamine clinics in Brooklyn Heights, Chelsea, Williamsburg, Tribeca and the Upper East Side. Keta Medical Center offers Spravato and IV ketamine at locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island and New Jersey. Nushama has clinics in Manhattan and New City, New York, and bundles infusions with preparation and integration sessions.

Mindful Health Solutions lists about 20 clinics offering TMS, Spravato and IV ketamine: 15 in California, 2 in Texas and 3 in Washington. Stella operates in California, Illinois, Massachusetts and Utah and adds stellate ganglion block (SGB) and TMS to ketamine and Spravato. Ketamine Clinics of Los Angeles runs one clinic near Los Angeles International Airport with ketamine infusions, Spravato and TMS.

In Florida, NeuroSpa lists clinics in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Pinellas Park, Brandon and Lakeland and accepts major insurance including Medicare and Tricare. Revitalist offers IV ketamine, Spravato and KAP in Knoxville and Johnson City, Tennessee, and in the Tampa area. Nushama's third clinic is in Aventura, Florida.

In Northern Colorado, The Wholeness Center in Fort Collins fits buyers who want KAP or Spravato, and it lists no IV ketamine. Klarity Clinic offers ketamine therapy and KAP in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Spravato and SGB at its clinic in Upland, California.

Greenbrook TMS offers NeuroStar TMS and Spravato through a US treatment center network, and its homepage does not state the number of locations. The ketamine vs TMS guide compares those two treatments.

Federal Rules for Ketamine and Spravato

Three federal positions cover the drugs these clinics use: a DEA schedule for ketamine, an FDA access program for Spravato, and an FDA alert on compounded ketamine.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) lists ketamine as a Schedule III drug, a category it defines as having moderate to low potential for physical and psychological dependence.

The FDA label for Spravato makes the drug available only through a restricted REMS program and requires a healthcare provider to monitor patients for at least 2 hours at each session.

On October 10, 2023, the FDA warned patients and providers about potential risks of compounded ketamine products used to treat psychiatric disorders. For reported side effects of the drug, see the ketamine side effects guide.

Gaps in the Ketamine Clinic Table

The table lists in-person clinics only and does not fit readers looking for care at home. At-home telehealth ketamine providers are compared in a separate guide to online ketamine therapy providers.

Veterans programs are covered in the ketamine therapy for veterans guide. Among listed clinics, Nushama's pricing page offers a Hero's Journey rate of $3,600 for its $4,800 package to veterans and their spouses and to fire, teacher, police, nurse and emergency medical technician professionals.

The table states no outcomes, success rates or safety records for any clinic. Each row comes from the operator's own website as of October 12, 2026, and the page cannot say whether ketamine or Spravato suits any reader.

Before you contact any ketamine clinic on the table, read the ketamine guide and open the depression treatment path tool.

Frequently asked questions

What does a ketamine clinic do?

The clinics on this table offer IV ketamine infusions, Spravato nasal spray, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or a mix of these. Several also offer transcranial magnetic stimulation, and Stella and Klarity Clinic list stellate ganglion block. Greenbrook TMS offers only TMS and Spravato.

How much does ketamine infusion therapy cost at a clinic?

Per-session IV prices posted on the table include $450 for induction and $400 for maintenance at Mindful Health Solutions, $500 at Keta Medical Center and $300 to $550 at Stella by location. Ember Health sells a Foundation series of 4 infusions for $2,200, and Nushama's $4,800 package bundles 6 supervised treatments with 6 preparation sessions, 6 integration sessions and a follow-up. Does insurance cover Spravato or IV ketamine at a clinic?

The clinics' own statements on insurance differ. Greenbrook TMS says most major insurers cover Spravato, and Keta Medical Center says most of its Spravato patients pay $0 to $50 per visit after insurance and assistance programs. Nushama states that ketamine is not currently covered by insurance, though office visits and IV procedures may be, and it provides superbills on request. What is the difference between a ketamine clinic and an at-home ketamine program?

A ketamine clinic on this table treats patients in person at its own locations. At-home telehealth ketamine programs are not on this table and are compared in a separate Mind Medicine Law guide to online ketamine therapy providers. Spravato is available only through a restricted REMS program that requires at least 2 hours of monitoring by a healthcare provider at each session.

What should I ask a ketamine clinic before starting?

Ask who the medical director or prescriber is, what a package includes, how many sessions the quoted schedule assumes, and what monitoring happens at each session. Ask whether any ketamine used is compounded, given the FDA alert of October 10, 2023, and which insurance the clinic accepts. Ask for the full course total in writing, and note that uninsured patients at The Wholeness Center can request a Good Faith Estimate.
