A recent international study involving 324 participants from 23 countries revealed that reduced EA during HVB sessions correlated with increased mental well-being afterward. The study utilized validated questionnaires such as the APEQ-S and 11D-ASCs to assess participants' experiences and outcomes.

The study highlights that ASCs experienced during HVB sessions significantly predict lower EA, which in turn is associated with higher mental well-being.
